| Co-Presidents |
The president(s) are the leaders of the booster club.
They provide guidance, run the meetings, recruit volunteers when needed
and fill in any officer vacancies.

| Treasurer |
The treasurer keeps track of all finances for the booster club.
The treasurers report are to be published to the web 5 calendar
days before the next board meeting.

| Secretary |
The secretary records the minutes for all booster club meetings.
All minutes are to be published to the web site within 7 calendar
days of the meeting for which they document.

| VP-Communications |
The VP of Communications is responsible for communications to the
parent members of the booster club. Which includes
- sending out emails and
- updating the web site.

Summer Ice Cream Social |
- Need chairperson to coordinate and purchase supplies.
- Bowls, spoons, cups, napkins, wet wipes.
- Ice Cream, water, soda (root beer, cola).
- Need raffle coordinated.
- Need to sell HEB cards at the event.
- Need to take T-Shirt orders.
- Need to take Car Decal orders.

Java Jive Coordinator |
- Ask for donation of coffee (Daily Grind).
- Request cookies/baked items from parents.
- Promote the event.

UIL Lunch Coordinator |
- Ask Director for count of stundets each day.
- Have email sent out requesting parents to send in 12 pack of drinks to choir room.
- Call Pizza Hut for donation of pizzas one week in advance.
- Pick up pizzas on appropriate day and deliver to choir room.
- Notify appreciation committee of donation.

- Donations for concessions and hospitality need to ask and

| VP-Fund Raising |
The VP of Fund Raising is in charge of all fund raising. They
- work with the VP of Events to coordinate any fund raising at the events.
- They recruit and work with all Fund Raising coordinators.
- They perform any of the tasks that are not filled by a specific coordinator.

HEB Cards Coordinator |
The HEB card coordinator
- orders the cards from HEB
- distributes the cards to card reps
- keeps track of all cards and moneys recieved
- pays HEB per HEB agreement

Wall of Pride Brick Sales Coordinator |
The WoP coordinator is responsible for selling bricks throughout the year at
various choir and school events. This includes
- Keeping the WoP display board and updating it if needed.
- Keeping printed forms available for orders at events.
- Selling at the
- Home football games.
- Senior night and senior parents night (Proud Dragon Parents & Project Graduation).
- All Dragon Choir events.

Car Decals Coordinator |
The Car Decals coordinator
- Prints the decal order forms for events.
- Takes orders and collects payment until the deadline.
- Places the order with the decal company.
- Requests check from the treasurer to pay company.
- Pays company and receives decals.
- Takes the decals to Mr White for distribution.

T-Shirts Coordinator |
The T-Shirts coordinator
- Prints the order forms for events.
- Takes orders and collects payment until October 1.
- Places the order with the t-shirt company.
- Requests check from the treasurer to pay company.
- Pays company and receives t-shirts.
- Takes the t-shirts to Mr White for distribution and helps if needed.

The Raffle coordinator
- Finds several items to raffle from local businesses.
- Brings the orders to the Ice Cream Social.
- Sells tickets for raffles at the beginning of the event.
- Has the director draw the winning tickets.
- Awards the prizes to the winners.

| Scholarships Committee Chairperson |
The scholarship committee awards the college scholarships.
- The committee requests total amount of funds to be awarded from the
boosters. (Feb Meeting)
- The committee reviews the application and makes any necessary updates.
- The committee sets a dead line for receiving applications.
- The committee sets a dead line for meeting to review applications and select the winners.
- The committee provides applications to the Director for seniors.
- The committee insures the application is available on the web site.
- The committee meets to review applications and award the winners.
- The committee requests a check from the Treasurer for all scholarships.
- The committee delivers the check and list of scholarship winners to the High School scholarship coordinator.
- The committee reviews the process and submits any necessary changes to
the boosters for approval.

| Appreciation Committee Chairperson |
The Appreciation Committee is responsible for sending thank you plaques,
certificates and/or cards to the sponsors who donated items to support the
choir.

| Audit Committee Chairperson |
The Audit Committee audits the treasurers reports and books for the
previous year based on the RRISD Booster Club Guidelines (See AppendixA).
- The chairperson needs to acquire all treasurer's reports from the treasurer.
- The committee needs to meet and verify the financial records are correct.
- The committee needs to prepare an audit report.
- The audit report must be completed by July 1.

| Historian/Photographer |
The Historian documents the events of the choirs and takes
digital photos to be placed on the web.
They work with the videographer to create a DVD/CD at the end of the
year if they so choose.

| Videographer |
The Videographer takes vidoes of the choir events and provides
small snippets for the web through out the year.
They work with the historian/photographer to create a DVD/CD at the end of the
year if they so choose.
